At The East Group, we feel strongly that our cultural importance is properly focused on our clients and our employees and believe our entire existence revolves around these two. From our locations in Greenville and Raleigh, NC we offer the traditional MEP and Architecture services and complement them with our in-house, Civil, Survey, Structural, Interiors and Landscape Architecture teams. We have evolved from a generalist firm to one that mainly focuses in the areas of HealthCare, Industrial, and Infrastructure/Land Planning. We also participate in special projects that are near and dear to our own evolution and/or those that might be beneficial to the communities we serve. Because of our desire to become a trusted partner, we continue to look for ways to be more relationship based. Over 90% of our work comes from repeat clients where our style is very collaborative, informative, and responsive. We bring past project expertise to the table but know that the best solutions come from a unified approach of identifying critical success factors on every project. We have fun at work and realize that our employees are not only our number one asset, they are our family. Within our organization, our atmosphere is very collaborative and embraces autonomy at all levels. To further our process of achieving the best solutions, we often partner with other firms like ours. We have many success stories of projects of varying sizes.
