Founded in Brevard, North Carolina in 1982, Platt has designed, built and furnished one-of-a-kind homes and commercial properties throughout the Southern Appalachian Mountains and across the country. Platt's team of 50+ professionals works together across practice areas — from real estate and architecture to construction, landscape architecture and interior design — to complete their projects simply, seamlessly, and with predictability. In their 40 plus years in practice Platt has completed 500 projects across the United States and beyond.
