About
Kaas Wilson Architects, founded in 2007 with offices in Minneapolis, Charlotte and Phoenix, is a full-service architecture and interior design firm that provides master planning, sustainability consulting services and contract administration for all types of multi-family housing clients, including affordable, market rate, active adult, senior living, and historical renovations. Our relationship-driven, highly collaborative and technology-forward philosophy has enabled us to win over 32 industry awards and design over 62,000 multi-family units, allowing us to expand project types to include mixed-use, office, restaurant and QSR retail.
With our interior design team working alongside our architects, we deliver a streamlined design process, collaborating in the project model in real time, from initial space planning and programming, through final punch list and furniture placement. Our strength in both design and technical skills make our projects not only beautiful, but easier for our contractors to execute, and supports the work of our internal team along the way.
Watts Leaf Architects, acquired by Kaas Wilson Architects in 2023, is the foundation of our Charlotte office which has grown from seven design professionals to thirteen in the past two years.
