Guide Architecture is an architecture and interiors firm focused exclusively on the planning, design, and delivery of complex healthcare environments. Since 2014, the firm has partnered with leading healthcare organizations to deliver projects that support patient care, operational efficiency, and long-term system growth. Our work includes hospitals, ambulatory facilities, behavioral health environments, imaging centers, medical office buildings, and highly phased renovations within active healthcare campuses. Because Guide operates exclusively within healthcare, our teams understand the technical, operational, and regulatory demands that shape modern care environments.
