A Summary of our Process **01 – Analysis** We start with a thorough analysis of your space, assessing current usage and future plans. This groundwork helps us create a design that meets your specific needs while considering the environment. Collaboration is key as we gather design inspirations and evaluate site characteristics. **02 – Schematic Design** In this phase, we conduct code analysis of existing structures and develop initial layouts that optimize views and energy efficiency. We also engage with contractors and code officials to streamline the approval process and refine our designs based on feedback. **03 – Construction Documents** We create detailed construction documents using Revit, including plans and sections that guide the construction process. Close coordination with engineers ensures our designs are practical. Once finalized, we prepare the documents for permitting. **04 – Overseeing Construction** As construction progresses, we manage the project through bidding, contract negotiations, and regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent. We address any contractor inquiries promptly and ensure all documentation is completed at project close-out.
