Dwell Design Studio is a dynamic team of architects who relentlessly reject boring. Established in 2009, we are an Architecture, Planning, and Interiors Design firm practicing nationally from our offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Washington DC, Orlando, Richmond, and Salt Lake City. We’re multifamily experts, but are also crushing the retail, hospitality, mixed-use, senior and student housing markets. Our mission is to create appropriate, quality architecture and design accessible to everyone in the communities we serve.
